Our yellow curry paste sautéed amongst onions and garlic and stewed in homemade coconut milk with fresh herbs and mandarina.
Cooking Instructions: removed the jar from the freezer and defrost. Sauté vegetables or meat of your choice. Add the curry sauce and bring it to a simmer, until heated through. Serve over a bed of rice or dark greens.
Ingredients: Coconut milk, curry paste (turmeric, ginger, galangal, lemongrass, cumin seed, coriander seed, peppercorns, salt, garlic, onion, curry powder, Thai chili), cilantro, Thai basil, and mandarina.
