For a more delicate flavor, try our homemade red curry paste! Equally loaded with powerful medicinal roots, in addition to red sweet peppers and the brightness of citrus leaves.
Cooking instructions: over low heat, pour your choice of oil into a pan. Once heated, add fresh onions and garlic with a couple of spoonfuls (by taste) to the pan. Sautee amongst the onions, garlic and a pinch of salt before adding coconut milk to fully bring out the flavors and aromas. Add lime to further bring out the flavors. You can use this sauce with veggies or meat of your preference.
Ingredients: Sweet Pepper (Red), Turmeric, Ginger, Galangal, Lemongrass, Coriander Seed, Peppercorns, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Cilantro Stem, Citrus Leaves, and Thai Chili.
