Our homemade yellow curry paste packs a powerful medicinal punch with locally harvested ginger, galangal, lemongrass, and turmeric - giving it that beautiful golden hue!
Cooking instructions: over low heat, pour your choice of oil into a pan. Once heated, add fresh onions and garlic with a couple of spoonfuls (by taste) to the pan. Sautee amongst the onions, garlic and a pinch of salt before adding coconut milk to fully bring out the flavors and aromas. Add lime to further bring out the flavors. You can use this sauce with veggies or meat of your preference.
Ingredients: Turmeric, Ginger, Galangal, Lemongrass, Cumin Seed, Coriander Seed, Peppercorns, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Curry Powder, Thai Chili.
